Type: Permanent Full Time 35 hour week, 9am to 4.30pm, 4pm finish on a Friday

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Health and Social Care Assessor.
We are keen to hear from candidates who have sound knowledge and experience within the health and social care field, with experience of delivering NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care.
You will be able to provide outstanding support for learners and demonstrate your organisational and planning skills, discussing your achievements and learner successes. Your role will involve conducting and evaluating individual initial assessments, ensuring all learners are on the correct programme at the right level. You will develop positive relationships with learners and employers on a monthly basis, actively promote the use of e-portfolio to all learners and employers, and ensure all learners participate in an exit interview as part of quality assurance visits.
