We are a growing independent Recruitment Agency based in the heart of Beckenham with a large client base in Central London. Hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch), flexibility may be required outside of these hours depending on urgency of a task and workload. We go above and beyond to deliver a 5 star service to our candidates and clients at all times. Responsibilities Sourcing candidates through various channels; LinkedIn, Job boards, personal networks, social media and referrals. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates. Advertising our live jobs on the company website and job boards. Reviewing advert responses. Matching suitable candidates to shortlists. Pre-screen candidates on the telephone. Arrange and coordinate candidate interviews. Obtain interview feedback. Update and cleanse our CRM database. Generate leads for the sales team to follow up. Processing weekly timesheets and candidate payroll Candidate compliance (ID, right to work, references). Create Social Media content.
