The job owner is the site Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the following Technical Standards:
* Cleaning Validation
* Contamination Control (including microbial contamination, Physical Contamination Cause and Elimination PCCE)
This job aims at providing site expertise on the technical standards defined by the global teams. This expertise is transferred through coaching, learning and guidance.
The role will work in a matrix environment and through participating in the Community of Practice(s)/Task Force(s), with representation from the various GSC sites and global Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) Standard SMEs, share good practice and work in the effective implementation of the technical standards at site
In this role you will…
* Build site capability in core MSAT standards, providing expertise and support on the relevant technical standard
* Activily engage in Community of Practise’s and drive improvement programmes, contribute in the definition of GSC Technical Standards, creation of tools/templates/guidance and its effective implementation on site.
* Propose right site governance to implement, deliver the technical standards and related improvement projects, with KPIs in place driving continuous improvement of the standard and implementation across the site.
* Escalate any issue encountered during the effective implementation of the standards on site
* Work in partnership with the various global MSAT Standards Leads and other site MSAT Standards SMEs to deliver key GSC projects, continuous improvements and initiatives within areas of expertise.
* Maintain current knowledge of global regulations and guidance, global regulatory expectations, inspection intelligence, innovative/ new technologies, industry standards and registered risks pertaining to area of expertise.

* Passion University Degree in scientific discipline
* Experience required in relevant technical standard with proven application and delivery in one or more of the following areas:
o Cleaning Verification/Validation lifecycle
o Contamination Control (PCCE, E&L, microbial)
* Previous experience of working with multidisciplinary teams
* Risk Management/ Project Management
* Regulatory knowledge related to the specific expertise
* Strong technical writing and communication skills
