Your role will keep things running smoothly as you:
1. Process and reconcile supplier invoices
2. Resolve any queries
3. Investigate purchase and sales ledger discrepancies
4. Ensure all invoices are accurate and up to date
5. Set up new supplier accounts and maintain current ones in the purchase ledger
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
1. Purchase Ledger experience in a fast-paced logistics environment
2. Strong Excel and SAGE skills
3. A record of processing high volume invoices
4. Confidence with numbers
5. Effective communication skills, both in writing and speaking
6. The ability to build solid relationships while keeping up with the speed of the job
