The Role :
We are seeking a passionate Maths Teacher to work at a well established Secondary School based in Cambridge. As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging mathematics lessons that meet the curriculum requirements and cater to various learning styles. Also, you will be responsible for creating a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student participation and learning.

Requirements :
1. UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE equivalent)
2. Eligibility to work in the UK
3. DBS (or the willingness to apply)
4. Plan, prepare and teach a range of engaging lessons to enable students with varying abilities to progress through the KS3 & KS4 curriculum
5. Be an outstanding and innovative classroom practitioner who can lead and enthuse students
6. Reflect a passion for learning and drive ambition for every student in the classroom
7. Creative and fresh approaches to teaching as well as being flexible and adaptable
Key Responsibilities :
8. Modify lesson plans and teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
9. Create individualised Learning Goals: Develop and implement personalised learning objectives for each student based on their specific needs and abilities.
10. Adapt the National Curriculum to fit the needs of students with SEN.
11. Deliver engaging and accessible Maths lessons that cater to varying levels of ability and understanding.
12. Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and other support staff to ensure that students receive the necessary support during lessons.
13. Foster a classroom atmosphere that is welcoming and inclusive for all students.
