This role isn’t just about data and metrics. As the Performance Manager, you will be at the heart of Pobl’s strategic direction, ensuring that we are measuring the right things in the right way, so that we are confident that we are delivering on our Group-wide ambitions This role is essential in helping us refine our key performance measures, ensuring they are relevant, robust, and clearly reported. You’ll work collaboratively with teams across the group to enhance our performance reporting, making it accessible and meaningful for all stakeholders. What Skills and Experience Do You Need? Strategic Performance Management : Experience in developing performance management frameworks and senior level reporting. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyse complex data, draw insights, and make informed decisions that drive business success. Communication : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present performance data in an engaging way that tells a story. Collaborative Approach : Experience working with others to shape outcomes and build positive, productive relationships. Education : Degree level education or equivalent experience. A project management qualification is desirable. What are the pay and benefits? This is a full time permanent role.
