The role To be an integral part of the packaging data team, coordinating the management of the day-to-day workload and ensuring completion of daily, weekly and monthly tasks. To line manage the data team and be a primary point of support to the data team and data services customers, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of work and a positive customer experience. Coordinate the delivery of department data management work, quality checks, and data management customer audits, in line with internal, customer and regulatory deadlines. Delivery of packaging data services for a limited allocation of customers, in line with internal and regulatory deadlines, driving continuous improvement. Responsible for ensuring timely data submissions for a limited allocation of customers, proactively providing progress updates to customers and completing associated workflow administration. Coaching and mentoring data team members, supporting with decision-making, compliance queries, customer service in support of building their knowledge, facilitating cross-team collaboration. Management of data mailbox ensuring all emails are actioned across the data team in line with timeframes in customer service policy and internal processes. You will be highly organised, with the ability to effectively allocate tasks, manage deadlines and oversee multiple priorities. You will be proactive in identifying risks, resolving issues and ensuring the smooth running of the team. You will have strong leadership skills with previous experience in line management and will be confident in coaching and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment to enable team members to develop their skills and expertise. You will be highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have a keen eye for detail, be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel, and will be confident using complex formulae to analyse data. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage with both internal and external customers, providing clear guidance, support and technical expertise. You will have a strong customer focused mindset to ensure our data services are delivered to the highest standard, while proactively keeping stakeholders informed. You will be a hands-on, solution-focused, team player who works well in a team with a ‘muck in’ approach, being flexible and highly resilient.
