About the Company
A local growing company based in Omagh is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join the expanding team managing credit control duties. This role presents an opportunity for a skilled customer service individual to join a local business and play an important role in the business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collecting payments/Identification from clients
2. Allocating payments to correct client accounts
3. Identifying overdue payments and advising account handlers accordingly
4. Ensuring timely payments in accordance with agreed credit terms
5. Providing excellent customer service by telephone and email
6. Processing and managing finance applications
Essential Experience
* Experience of working in a finance department in a similar role
* Data input experience
* IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
Desirable
* Sage 50 Accounts experience
Skills/Competencies
* An enthusiastic customer service individual
* Numerical skills
