Red Recruitment are looking for a Sales Office Administrator for our client based in Kettering, responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Team.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Managing Orders
* Assisting Customers with Enquiries
* Maintaining Customer Records
* Process Sales Orders
* Check the accuracy of orders and build specifications
* Maintain Sales Records
* Compile weekly and monthly sales reports
* Updating customers on build/completion/handover dates
* Liaising with other departments including Finance, Operations, Customer Support, and Marketing
* Researching new product lines
* Assisting with marketing campaigns
* Date validation/input on Hubspot
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8-5pm, Friday 8-2pm.
