We have opportunities for both highly motivated newly qualified and experienced nurses in our expanding Neurosciences Centre.
The Greater Manchester Neurosciences Centre at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust serves the population of Greater Manchester. The centre has over 150 in-patient beds with sub-specialities including complex ENT, Spinal Surgery, short stay and complex, Major Trauma, Acute Neurology, Stroke Services (Hyper-acute and Rehabilitation), Programme Investigation Unit, and Hyper-Acute Neuro Rehabilitation.

You will be registered with the NMC and have experience of working in a hospital environment or be a newly qualified nurse.
Ward H7 is a 22 bedded neurosurgical unit, caring for patients with a range of neuro conditions. 8 beds are Level 1.5 Enhanced Care beds. Nursing staff caring for patients in this area will have the opportunity to gain and develop skills in care of pre and post-operative patients, caring for patients with a wide variety of spinal conditions including long-term paralysis, oncology and elective spinal surgery, including Enhanced Care training.
