A well-established firm in the Midlands is inviting applications for an ambitious Junior Family Solicitor to bolster their expanding Family Law team.
This opportunity is ideal for a solicitor with a strong interest in family law and a dedication to delivering superior client service. The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Divorce and Family Solicitor to support the team’s growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a key member of the Family Law team, managing a varied caseload across private family law matters.
2. Collaborate with the Senior Divorce and Family Solicitor to contribute to the department’s expansion.
3. Start in an office-based setting, with the opportunity to transition to two remote working days after an initial period.
4. This position is part of a strategic growth plan, in family law (NQ – 3 Year PQE).

Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience: A minimum of 1 year’s PQE managing a broad spectrum of private family law cases.
2. Caseload Management: Proven ability to independently handle your own caseload, covering divorce, financial settlements, and children matters.
3. Advocacy Skills: Some courtroom advocacy experience, as representing clients in court is an essential aspect of the role.
4. Client Care: Exceptional communication and client care skills, ensuring that clients receive compassionate and professional legal advice.
5. Proven Success: A demonstrated track record of meeting fee income targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
