Position Summary: They are seeking a talented and motivated Naval Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and analysis of floating wind projects, focusing on mooring system design, hydrodynamics, and OrcaFlex simulations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to the design and analysis of floating offshore wind systems, with a focus on mooring design and hydrodynamic performance. Perform detailed engineering analyses using industry-standard software such as OrcaFlex for dynamic simulations and load assessments. Develop and optimize mooring solutions, including dynamic cable analysis and anchoring strategies. Conduct hydrodynamic analyses for floating structures, including wave interactions, stability assessments, and motion predictions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, marine experts, and project managers, to deliver integrated engineering solutions. Provide technical reports and documentation to support design decisions and project development. Engage with clients and stakeholders to present project updates and technical findings.
