The Process Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing production efficiency and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Responsibilities Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Assemble and troubleshoot logic controllers to ensure proper operation within manufacturing systems. Create and interpret schematics for various production processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for continuous improvement in production methods. Conduct testing and validation of new processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Provide technical support for plastics injection moulding processes, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Maintain detailed documentation of process changes, improvements, and outcomes. Requirements : Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in assembly and tooling. Familiarity with logic controllers and their application in manufacturing processes. Experience with plastics injection moulding. Demonstrated ability to analyse processes and implement continuous improvement strategies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
