Fancy helping us to unleash over 1000 years of excitement, discovery and jaw dropping unique experiences for our guests? Join the Attractions and Events team as an Attractions Host and start your greatest adventure!
You will be involved in our Legend of the Trebuchet show-walking within the wheels as well as helping the operational side of our other thrilling offerings. Reporting to the Attractions Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day operation at Warwick Castle, playing a major role in creating memorable experiences for all our guests.
This role has heaps of variety to keep you interested; no two days are the same, from being a part of The Legend of The Trebuchet show, supporting guests and managers at our shows, and reporting any Health & Safety concerns.
You’ll also ensure the highest quality of Guest interaction and experience is delivered and support with our evening offering of shows/events as and when required.
This is a seasonal contract. Flexibility is needed as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications & Experience
* Excellent Customer Service
* Good positive attitude
* Passion for the castle & guests
* Physically able to be a part of the winding team for the trebuchet
* A friendly and welcoming personality
* Understanding the importance of Health & Safety within our workplace
