About the Role You will take full ownership of the commercial strategy for our site security rental and hire solutions. You will be responsible for product lifecycle management, revenue growth, and ensuring our solutions remain competitive and profitable. This role demands strategic leadership, deep market insight, and strong commercial acumen to drive revenue, enhance market positioning, and optimize pricing models. You will work closely with R&D, Compliance, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless approach to product innovation and delivery. Market & Competitive Intelligence Conduct deep market analysis to understand trends, competitor benchmarks, and customer demands in the rental and hire markets. Leverage data analytics to refine pricing models, product positioning, and value propositions. Use industry intelligence to anticipate future rental market shifts and position as a leader in rental-based site security solutions. Pricing & Commercial Optimisation Develop sophisticated pricing models tailored to rental and hire market dynamics. Work closely with regional teams to optimize pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with margin and adoption objectives. Oversee the development of training materials for rental sales teams to effectively promote and sell security solutions. Engage with key customers to validate market fit and refine go-to-market strategies. Stakeholder Management & Category Oversight Lead, mentor, and provide strategic guidance to category managers working within the rental and hire security sector.
