The Role We are looking for a highly experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to oversee restoration projects on landmark buildings in Central London. The role demands a strong understanding of structural works and the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings. Knowledge of quantity surveying and a Temporary Works Coordinator ticket would be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of site management, ensuring high-quality project delivery on time and within budget. Interpret and manage engineering drawings to guide project execution effectively. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Monitor and manage structural works, ensuring accuracy and compliance with designs. Ensure full adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress. Address on-site challenges promptly to maintain workflow and standards. Support temporary works processes, ensuring compliance with regulations. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager role, preferably in restoration or heritage projects. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of structural works and experience interpreting engineering drawings is essential. Added Advantage: Quantity Surveying experience. Temporary Works Coordinator ticket. Leadership Skills: Confident leader with excellent organizational and communication abilities. Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are mandatory.
