As an Assistant Project Manager (Technical), you will be:
Working on major projects and mixed-use developments, coordinating key infrastructure to produce serviced land parcels for house builders and commercial operators. Our teams drive projects through the full development lifecycle.
1. Coordinating and managing all aspects of the project including technical, planning, commercial, environmental, legal, and construction interfaces.
2. Evaluating site constraints, setting and monitoring opportunities and risks to value engineer wherever possible.
3. Liaising with Local Authorities throughout the Technical approval process of the Section 184, 278, 38, and 104, securing legal agreements.
4. Appointment and management of both internal and external consultants for the production of preliminary and detailed designs, liaising throughout the planning process and reviewing value engineering the designs accordingly.
5. Working closely with Principal Designers, Principal Contractors, and Production Managers.
6. Ensuring designs, reports, and applications are completed and submitted with high accuracy and quality.
7. Setting and maintaining program and budgets.
8. Meeting with clients, stakeholders, and local communities to report on project progress.
9. Identifying and managing risks quickly to prevent delays and protect company reputation.
10. Remaining informed on up-to-date planning, technical, and environmental matters.
