Our client is a well-established, large-scale organisation within the transport and distribution sector, based in Northwich.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of a HR Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Department.
* Handle employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
* Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview scheduling.
* Support the onboarding process for new employees.
* Manage employee benefits and query resolution.
* Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
* A degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
* Experience in an HR role within the transport and distribution industry is desirable.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
* Good understanding of UK employment law.
* Ability to commute to Northwich.
