The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Supporting the Senior Designer in basic layout, editing and design tasks, using approved templates and following brand guidelines
* Proof reading and checking of content
* Supporting the Content & Social Media Manager in the production or editing of images and clips for posts, blogs and emails
* Preparing print ready files and assisting the senior designer in delivering
* Maintaining and developing the company photo library
* Assisting in the design and production of marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, brochures, and presentations
* Creating engaging visual content that aligns with the company’s branding guidelines
* Working on website and digital assets, including banners, icons, and UI elements
* Editing and retouching images for various projects
* Supporting the development of branding materials, logos, and style guides
* Collaborating with the design and marketing teams to brainstorm creative concepts
* Ensuring all designs are optimized for web and print
The Person:
The successful candidate:
* A keen interest in Graphic Design and Digital Marketing
* A talent for creativity and problem-solving, with meticulous attention to detail
* Good knowledge of design software and techniques, and graphics editing software
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
* Able to work well within a team
* Excellent literacy and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Previous experience in Graphic Design (beneficial but not essential)
* Proactive attitude and a desire to grow professionally within Graphic Design
