Job Description:
As a Student Management System Administrator at Elizabeth School of London, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our student administration systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately input, update, and maintain student records within our student management system to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
* Confidentiality and Security: Ensure the confidentiality and security of all student information in accordance with our institution's policies and regulations.
* Reporting and Extracts: Generate reports and extracts as required for academic and administrative purposes, providing timely and accurate data to stakeholders.
* Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with academic departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting, responding to enquiries from staff, students, and external stakeholders regarding student records and information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of a diploma or equivalent in IT or Business Administration, or a related field.
* Previous experience in an administrative role with a focus on student management, preferably within an educational institution.
* Proficient in using student management systems and standard office software.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Benefits:
* Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
