We're looking for a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will: Coordinate the Full Recruitment Cycle: From advertising job vacancies and screening applications to scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees. Partner with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process. Talent Screening: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a positive experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and support throughout the hiring process. Local Recruitment Campaigns: Assist in organising and managing recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines, and outreach efforts to attract top talent locally and regionally. Support New Starters: Help facilitate the onboarding process, including scheduling inductions, and ensuring new team members feel welcomed and supported from day one. Recruitment Administration: Maintain accurate records, support the People Administrator with administrative tasks, and ensure all recruitment documentation is organised and up to date. Experience and Qualifications You may already be an In-house Recruitment Coordinator or have experience as a Recruitment Administrator or Resourcing Advisor which is great All we are looking for is- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Experience of high-volume recruitment in hospitality or retail- A flexible, proactive, and hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of a task or project and see through to completion- The ability to complete work with accuracy with attention to detail.- Be driven and able to multi-task under pressure Who are we?
