Main Tasks and responsibilities
* Helping guests and creating positive experiences
* Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
* Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
* Supervise accurate and efficient reception operations including check in/out procedures
* Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the reception with an emphasis on training and teamwork
* Ensure Team Members have updated knowledge of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, local area and other general Marriott product knowledge necessary to perform their duties
* Follow Moxy Marriott brand standards
* Together with the team enroll new members for Marriott Bonvoy (loyalty program)
* Ensure Marriott Metrics are met and exceeded
* Although emphasis is on front office the role also includes F&B operation

Useful Experience
* Experience within the service industry
* Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
* Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
* Personal experience of travel and travel industry
