Role Summary We are looking for a high-energy marketing coordinator to deliver best-in-class corporate events, and to support FINBOURNE’s marketing function as we deliver accelerated pipeline growth and revenue generation. This role is ideal for a highly organized person, who will thrive working in a fast-paced and global environment and who will help elevate our marketing effectiveness and provide operating excellence to our stakeholders. Key responsibilities Marketing Support with logistics, planning and execution of industry events (inclusive of shipping, deliveries, prep calls, wash up calls, and liaising with the sales support team for pre-event outreach) Budget, plan, and execute all internal events (Town Hall, Commercial and Sales offsites) Merchandise requests and merchandise stock level admin across all global locations Venue booking and administration Monthly competitor analysis Contribute to building out KPIs and metrics for the wider department Take an active part in project work or other initiatives with the expectations of eventual ownership. CRM Data input for events and campaigns Ensuring data hygiene Create and manage views within the CRM for monthly marketing reporting Collating data on competitors, target market segments, prospects and more General Maintain and refresh employee headshots and business cards across all locations Maintain and update templates and processes in line with brand refresh/updates Maintaining and updating sales and marketing collateral Administration of FINBOURNE intranet Collate and store all commercial yearly objectives. Skills and experience 3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator / marketing events / marketing operations role Experience organising corporate events, ideally in multiple countries Experience working with CRM applications Strong project management skills with excellent attention to details; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and with external agencies and suppliers Just some of our benefits Competitive salary plus performance based bonus.
