Job Description - Business Management Graduate (15424)
Introducing RUNWAY – easyJet’s Management Graduate Programme
30 years ago easyJet broke the mould of the aviation industry, introducing low fares and making travel easy and affordable for everyone. Now it’s your turn to challenge the status quo and help us as we look to become Europe’s #1 airline and continue our push to Net Zero, via our Runway Graduate Management Programme – ensuring that your career takes off in the process.
On the programme you’ll initially spend four weeks on our robust induction where you will be exposed to the heart of our business, develop your understanding of our culture and values and participate in key learning, networking, and business challenges. You’ll then take your place on the first of your four 6 month placements, that we call sectors where you have a choice of one of the functions within the sector:
1. Business Support Sector – People; IT, Data & Change; or General Counsel Office
2. Commercial Sector – Commercial; Customer & Marketing; or Group Markets
3. Operations Sector – Working across all areas to be fully immersed in our business
4. Flexi Sector – Your choice of function as you look to transition to a role once the programme ends
You’ll be able to submit your preferences for the functional placement within the sectors although this is not always guaranteed as graduates will be allocated across the business as fairly & evenly as possible.
Runway has been designed to ensure you gain the necessary skills and knowledge, along with the opportunity to put that into practice on business initiatives whilst on placement. It will also provide you with a unique insight into our exciting and dynamic industry, working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders along the journey.
We’re committed to your ongoing personal and professional development by providing a range of interventions throughout Runway to enable you to maximise your potential. These include:
1. External professional coaching
2. Behavioural assessment
3. 360 Feedback
4. Business Challenges
5. Financial Literacy workshop
6. Impact & Influence workshop
7. Agile ways of working coaching dojos
8. Data Analysis workshops
In short, you’ll have everything you need to get your easyJet career off to the best possible start.
