Graduate Business Development Executive leading to a management role within 12 months
* £27,000 basic (£30,000 OTE year one)
* Up to £70,000 within 3 years
About the Role:
We're seeking a talented and motivated graduate to join our growing sales team as a Business Development Executive, leading to management within a year. You'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be working closely and learning from the Sales Director. This is a new role and will have lots of flexibility to be innovative and create your own path to success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and generating new leads
* Conducting effective sales presentations and product demonstrations
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Negotiating deals and closing sales
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Minimum Requirements:
* Recent Graduate: A strong academic background, preferably in business, technology, or a related field
* Tech Savvy: This person needs to be tech-savvy and creative
* Resilience: Ability to bounce back from setbacks and maintain a positive attitude
* Analytical and Critical Thinking: Capacity to evaluate situations and make informed decisions
