Job Description:
This role involves reception duties and the organization and coordination of recruitment activities in accordance with best practices, policies, procedures, standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under the supervision of the HR and Compliance Manager.
Main Duties include:
* Developing and maintaining effective relationships with the HR and Compliance Manager and team.
* Supporting an open, positive, and inclusive management culture.
* Participating in evaluating the recruitment function against organizational goals and quality objectives.
* Establishing effective employer-employee relationships.
* Minimizing legal risks.
* Assisting in the development and improvement of recruitment procedures.
* Working cost-effectively.
* Solving day-to-day issues systematically.
* Seeking personal and professional growth opportunities.
* Ensuring all documentation complies with the Key Lines of Enquiry set by the Care Quality Commission.
Qualifications:
Recruitment experience is preferred but not essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
