Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Outwood Academy, Middlesbrough
Contract: Permanent, Part Time
Hours: 2 days per week

Your new role
What you’ll do:
* Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement between RFM and our client(s).
* Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on:
o Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.
o Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.
* Competent on BMS control systems or willing to learn.
* Competent PAT tester.
* Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client.
About you:
To be successful in your application, you will be a qualified Electrician with reasonable experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting. City & Guilds or equivalent qualification required including 18th Edition. You will have experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing. Valid UK Driving Licence required.
The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS with child barred list Check before starting in the job.
