We are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a growing building services company in East Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic electrical design team in the Midlands and be part of the companys continued growth.
The ideal candidate would need Electrical design experience within construction and in particular building services. Experience in Electrical Estimation, analysis and design of building services projects within commercial/Industrial/Pharma/Medical/Healthcare project environment.
The Electrical Estimator must be able to demonstrate at least 3-4 years experience in the following:
1. Design knowledge with various Electrical Building services roll outs within an industrial and commercial environment.
2. To play a pivotal role in delivering successful Electrical Estimations for your projects.
3. Prepare Cost Estimates: Develop accurate and detailedelectricalestimates for a variety of projects.
4. Analyze Drawings and Specifications: Review technical drawings, specifications, and requirements to determine project scope and materials needed.
