Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Nights) - Mars Wrigley
Location: Plymouth (PL6 Estover)
Salary: £41,000 - £51,000 (Base plus shift pay inclusive) + Company bonus 8%
Welcome Bonus: £2,500
Shifts: 10pm - 6am Mon - Fri

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform fault diagnosis and resolve random failures on production machinery, including automation, electrical, and mechanical issues.
2. Detailed reporting and recording of maintenance work.
3. Drive reactive maintenance continuous improvement.
4. Undertake preventative maintenance activities, equipment checks, repairs, etc.
5. Conduct training and coaching of all operators, technicians, and apprentices.
6. Provide on-shift plant-wide support for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolution of Level I (PLC/Servos) and Level II (HMI) system related problems.
What are we looking for?
1. Proven experience in diagnosing and fixing automation and electrical issues within an FMCG environment.
2. Experience in working with PLCs.
3. Action-oriented, results-driven problem solver that works well with people and can prioritize workloads with ease.
4. Higher National Certificate (HNC) in an electrical/automation or multiskilled engineering discipline is desirable, supported by suitable experience.
