Key Responsibilities: Support Student Learning: Provide individual and group support to students, helping them to engage with the curriculum and develop their learning skills. Tailored Assistance: Work closely with teachers to implement personalised education plans and adapt learning materials to meet the specific needs of students. Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary to ensure continuous improvement. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or special needs support (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent).
