WHAT IS ON OFFER
Alfred H Knight is currently looking for a Systems Accountant to join the team. The role will be based in the Group's headquarters in Liverpool, working within the Group Finance team. This is a key role for Group Finance and the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and delivering finance related systems across the Group. The systems accountant will work closely with the senior finance team both in the UK and Overseas, IT and also our external systems partners.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential
1. Delivering project support for the system rollout
2. Supporting end user UAT
3. Manage individual projects as required.
4. Provide training for system end users
5. Develop quality user training documents and support internal staff post implementation
6. Thorough testing of systems to ensure correct operation and capabilities
7. 1st Line system support for Live Business units
8. Building and maintaining professional relationships
9. Travel to overseas subsidiaries for project planning and delivery, business analysis, systems training and testing.
Required Competencies
1. Project exposure preferable but not essential
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Strong Computing and Excel skills essential
4. Proactive and positive mind set with the ability to work with a broad range of people and skill sets.
5. Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, plan and manage workload to meet deadlines.
6. Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
7. The roll requires International travel across the Group.
Required Qualifications
1. A Level(s) or equivalent or a degree or equivalent in the relevant subject area (desirable).
