This is an exciting time to join our vibrant People Team and evolving People Operations function. We have the fundamentals in place to drive an ambitious roadmap for change and continuous improvement in our people processes.
As a Global Process Owner, you will be responsible for managing the relevant in-life centralised cyclical processes, ensuring that business leaders, managers, and colleagues have the right information at the right time. Your role will drive continuous improvement within processes to standardise and simplify them, enhance the colleague experience, and promote self-service.
You will coordinate processes through offshore third-party shared services support and act as a tier 3 agent for any complex queries. You will work within a team that is critical to ensuring our people data, systems, and processes are effectively governed, maintained, accurate, compliant, fit for purpose, and future proofed.
Role overview:
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Process Management: Manage centralised cyclical processes, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery to business leaders, managers, and colleagues.
2. Process Enablement: Enable end-to-end (E2E) processes, including relevant reporting, system, and tools setup, and testing to meet requirements and deliver the best possible colleague experience at all levels.
3. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to standardise and simplify processes, enhance the colleague experience, and promote self-service.
4. Partnership with CoEs: Partner with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to align on process requirements and strategic direction, maintain end-user support and engagement materials, communications, timelines, and documentation.
5. Collaboration with HRBPs: Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to discuss process plans, timelines, and gather feedback on user experience and stakeholder needs.
6. Coordination: Coordinate processes in partnership with offshore third-party shared services support and act as a tier 3 agent for complex queries.
7. Governance and Compliance: Ensure that people processes are effectively governed, documented, maintained, compliant, fit for purpose, and future proofed.
8. In-Life Enablement: Curate and maintain relevant communications, engagement, and in-life support materials to facilitate processes and promote self-service. Ensure that business leaders, managers, and colleagues have the right information at the right time for specified people processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in managing HR processes within a large organization.
2. Strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Experience coordinating with third-party services and managing complex queries.
5. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Incredibly organised with an eye for detail.
7. Able to work effectively either independently or with some ambiguity.
8. Able to prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines.
9. Relevant HR System Experience (SAP, SuccessFactors) is desired.
10. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.
11. Strong sense of ownership, systematic troubleshooting, and ability to follow through tasks to completion.
