Therole
We are looking for a proactive drivenRecruitment and Onboarding Business Partnert o developimplement and facilitate our recruitment and onboarding strategy tofulfil the short medium and longterm needs and goals of ourbusiness as well as the longterm strategic vision. Provide guidanceand counsel to all Hiring Managers to maintain a successful peoplecentric business.
This is a pivotalrole in shaping the first steps of our employees within ourorganisation providing a positive candidate experience for bothinternal and external candidates. Your mission is to ensure newteam members seamlessly transition into their roles.
You are crucial indesigning and executing robust onboarding programmes beyondpaperwork. You will be responsible for crafting compellingorientation initiatives developing informative training materialsand ensuring our new team members embark on a smooth and positivejourney into our organisation.
In partnership with #TeamSinewave you aresetting the stage for their success and longterm growth within ourorganisation.
Anidea of what youll bedoing:
* You will develop recruitmentand onboarding processes to deliver KPIs.
* You will leverage systems and software to streamlinerecruitment and onboarding encompassing employee record managementprogress tracking and task automation.
* You will implement and track key performance metricsrelated to attraction recruitment selection and onboarding such astimetohire cost to hire time to productivity employee satisfactionand retention rates using the data to driveimprovements.
* You will manage our recruitmentbudget.
* You will build relationships with hiringmanagers to understand and deliver on recruitmentneeds.
* You will coordinate all activitiesthroughout the recruitment process including managing our partneragencies.
* You will source top talentusing available tools and resources including agencies wherenecessary.
* You will be building maintaining andpromoting Sinewave s talent pool.
* You willassist existing employees when they move to a new department orposition.
* You will collect valuable feedback fromboth new hires and managers to continually enhance the onboardingprocess.
* You will provide ongoing guidance mentorshipand support to new employees during their initial months addressingquestions concerns and helping them acclimatise to the work environment.
* Youll beworking closely with departmental leaders to create personalisedonboarding plans tailored to specific roles.
* You will develop hiring managers on interviewing andassessment techniques
* You will be working in partnership with our marketingteam to develop our employer brand.
Requirements
When you join us you will go through ourtopnotch induction and onboarding process and have opportunities todevelop further through our in house trainingacademy.
Youllhave a proven track recordof:
* Workingin partnership with peers and key stakeholders to deliver agreedoutcomes on time and budget.
* Providing guidance and supportto hiring managers for the endtoend recruitment process includingrole scope advertising and selection
* Designing and leading external recruitment activitiesand attending events job fairs careerevents.
* Designing and implementing a robustonboarding programme aligned with the company s goals and values.(first day first week first month and first quarter)
* Coordinating and overseeing training sessions andworkshops equipping new hires with the skills and knowledgerequired for effective job performance.
* Providing comprehensive guidance and support to newhires throughout the entire onboardingprocess.
* Build the company s professional networkthrough relationships with HR professionals colleagues and otherpartners
Youll already have experience &qualifications in:
* Full Driving Licence (Maximumof 3 points).
* Minimum 3 years experience inPeople Team particularly in roles related to onboarding employeedevelopment or HR Management
* Strongunderstanding of modern recruitment techniques tools andtechnologies including applicant tracking systems (ATS) job boardsand social media platforms.
* Stronginterpersonal skills to facilitate positive relationshipsparticularly in supporting new hires integrate smoothly into theirroles.
* The capacity to respond flexibly toevolving organisational needs andpriorities.
* Detailoriented and able tomaintain high levels of accuracy indocumentation.
* Strong knowledge of recruitmentbest practices onboarding processes and employmentlaws.
* Proficiency in HRIS and onboardingsoftware/tools.
* CIPD qualification orequivalent experience; willingness to undertake a professionalqualification
* Ability to work collaborativelyacross departments
