Job Title: Primary Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide individualised academic support to primary school students Create engaging and effective lesson plans based on students' needs Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Communicate with parents to provide feedback on students' performance Maintain accurate records of students' progress and achievements Required Qualifications: Valid teaching qualification Experience working with primary school students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet students' individual needs Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring primary school students Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of primary school curriculum and teaching methods Strong classroom management skills Ability to build rapport with students and create a positive learning environment Proficiency in using educational technology Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience in delivering online tutoring sessions Experience working with students with special educational needs Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work may involve evenings or weekends Work primarily conducted in a classroom or online environment Potential travel to students' homes for tutoring sessions All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
