As a Communications Business Analyst you will be joining a fast-paced Internal Communications team within Chase UK’s Customer Operations business. You will support the Operational Communications Lead and be responsible for executing the communications strategy across our Fraud and Financial Crime functions. Job Responsibilities: You will work with numerous stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and deliver new content, so it’s important that you can build positive relationships, prioritize workloads and manage expectations As we scale-up and the team grows, you will have the opportunity to specialize in one or two of these functions, in line with operational needs Outstanding communication skills, and be able to flex your style between corporate and storytelling, maintaining our warm and friendly tone of voice While the bank is still in growth mode, you’ll need to remain agile and work with a certain amount of ambiguity too The ability to measure how our communications are landing and provide useful insights and analysis to help us improve Our employee engagement scores are off the scale and we want to keep it that way, so we need you to LOVE people and have a passion for inspiring them through communication Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Experience gained within a similar role and environment, ideally you will hit the ground running You will need to be competent in MS Office.
