Fuelling your morning with a cup of coffee ☕️ sets the tone for a day that will include: Designing Enablement Programs – Develop, implement, and track the success of enablement programs based on sales team needs. Cross-Team Collaboration – Ensure smooth communication between sales and supporting departments to align strategies. Drive Salesforce Adoption - support the implementation and use of Salesforce showing why it matters and how it makes us more successful. Building PowerPoint Resources – Develop and update PowerPoint presentations for training and enablement programs. Managing SharePoint – Maintain and organize the SharePoint site, ensuring all enablement materials and documentation are accessible and up to date. You are ideal for us if you have: Sales Methodology Knowledge: Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message (COM), MEDDIC, or similar. Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is highly desirable Salesforce hands on experience preferred PowerPoint Mastery: Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically in PowerPoint, to create engaging and effective training materials. Enablement Program Design: Proven experience designing, implementing, and tracking the impact of sales enablement programs. Training & Facilitation skills: A track record of leading engaging training sessions, keeping teams attentive, and ensuring knowledge retention. SharePoint Knack: Experience in organizing and maintaining a structured SharePoint site for enablement content. Keen Eye for Detail & Process Documentation : You excel at keeping programs organised and have a strong attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for documenting the programs we’re working on, ensuring that processes are clear, consistent, and easily replicable. Experience with Learning Platforms : You’ve used learning management systems (LMS) or similar platforms to reinforce training and support ongoing learning. You understand the importance of creating continuous learning loops and driving engagement through on-demand content and assessments to ensure that key training is not only absorbed but retained and applied.
