Our client is a leading digital agency with offices in the UK. They have a fantastic culture and working environment with hybrid working. They are looking for an account director with experience of managing teams and senior stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience from a digital agency.
The role
You'll be responsible for:
1. Coordinating the schedules of multiple teams, working in partnership with account managers, delivery teams, and project managers.
2. Supporting the overall successful scheduling of marketing campaigns to ensure clients' expectations are met and workloads are planned effectively.
3. Helping to keep stakeholders updated by managing a central email account.
4. Ensuring our systems are kept up to date and accurate and supporting with reporting activities.
Ideally you'll have:
1. A-levels or a degree in a Business-related subject, or equivalent knowledge.
2. A natural ability for organising and coordinating.
3. An aptitude for solving problems and a desire to support and learn from others.
4. Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret and review commercial data.
6. A strong desire to learn by continually training and pursuing personal development opportunities.
7. A great attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit.
