Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, online chat, and social media.
* Assist customers in placing new orders, tracking existing ones, and managing returns and refunds.
* Share your expertise on our products, offering substitution and complementary recommendations to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
* Collaborate with various departments in the Commerce division to provide accurate and timely information.
* Help improve our customer support systems by contributing to the development of our Support Knowledge Base, scripts, and other documentation.
Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience is desirable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Comfortable with technology when navigating software systems, emails, and social media.
