This is an exciting role for someone with strong office-based, customer-focused skills and an attention to detail. Must be a self-starter and can hit the ground running. You will be supporting the Business Development Director, and your working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 4.30 pm (40hrs/wk). Key Tasks & Responsibilities Managing administrative, operational, and strategic tasks. Ensure smooth workflows, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth. Manage calendars, emails, travel, and reports. Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Track leads, update CRM, assist with proposals, and research markets. Monitor deadlines, organise events, and track progress. Prepare reports, analyse data, and align tasks with goals. Process budgets, expenses, and itineraries. Specific skills and experience Excellent organisational skills from within an administration or EA role Strong verbal and written skills for professional interactions Reporting skills and proficiency in IT Proactive in addressing challenges and streamlining processes Ability to build Internal relationships at all levels of the organisation Excellent time management
