About the Role
This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our clients team in the chemical industry. The role will involve leading the maintenance team, prioritizing EHS culture and improving practices continually, and guiding the team to optimize plans for high-performance operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead maintenance team to develop tailored development plans based on identified needs
* Supervise predictive/preventive plans and execution, balancing cost-effectiveness with safety and quality
* Enhance plant reliability by assessing effectiveness of programs using various tools and inspection techniques
* Monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with SAP, ISO standards, and processes
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in the chemical, oil & gas, or petrochemical industry.
You should also possess strong leadership and management skills to meet customer, site, and business needs, with a good understanding of plant design, production, project management, and relevant policies and standards.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 per year, with additional benefits provided.
