As a Programme Manager, experienced in cloud transformation projects, you will play a key role in project managing a range of large projects from new customer implementations, moving our products from on premise to cloud and looking ahead to our redesign programme. Across the service we are also looking for programme governance culture to be embedded for all project work.
Main duties of the job
Project manage the delivery of our software solutions from on premise to cloud for 100+ customers, working with the team and external partners to seamlessly move customers over
Lead on new customer implementations which involves drawing up plans, agreeing milestones, chair meetings, providing guidance to Trusts on best approaches, ensuring good communication with all teams, providing reports and relevant documentation
Working with the team draw up plans for the SCR Redesign Project and manage each phase of implementation
Implement project governance across the business ensuring appropriate project tools are used, infrastructure established to capture data reporting
Provide support and guidance on project management methodology cascading knowledge to team members
Lead on lessons learned at the end of each project
Manage the Project Release Manager
Support the senior team with experience and knowledge on cloud transformations
