Growth & Opportunity Development – Identify and secure additional services within market sectors, including onsite audits, training opportunities, and compliance schemes. Water Risk Assessments – Oversee and manage water/legionella risk assessments to ensure compliance with COSHH Regulations and HSE guidelines (ACoP L8). Contract Management – Support key contracts, analyse profitability, and promote additional services such as air quality assessments, LEV testing, and fire damper inspections. Training & Compliance – Deliver client training courses, keep up to date with industry regulations, and implement new training based on legislative changes. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in Key Account Management or a similar client-focused role Strong knowledge of compliance regulations in health & safety, water risk assessments, or facilities management Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Ability to identify business growth opportunities and drive profitability Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/client management systems What’s in it for you?
