Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Whiteley, Hampshire, UK
Role Overview:
The Supply Chain Analyst will report to the Associate Director, Subcontracts and Procurement and will serve as a support for Ecosystem administration on the programme.
The Supply Chain Analyst will manage all activities associated with researching suppliers, managing and recording their compliance and ability to compete for work on the programme; will work closely with the programme organisation to ensure the review of supplier onboarding and offboarding measures for clarity, compliance, detail, completeness, regulatory compliance and obtain additional information considered necessary.
Primary Responsibilities:
* The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and running the Ecosystem, vetting vendors in conjunction with Security, onboarding and off boarding vendors in the Ecosystem, ensuring compliance and running the procurement process within this programme, recommending the successful vendor and ensuring NDAs, terms and conditions and other documentation are established and managed.
* Supporting the overall management of the Ecosystem.
* The Supply Chain Analyst articulates to the MSM / leadership / personnel the value, schedule and decision points that affect the efficient management of the Ecosystem.
* Monthly reporting to Team Protect Leadership Group via the Ecosystem Manager.
* The Supply Chain Analyst will use critical thinking skills to propose sound and innovative business solutions to increase operational efficiencies to ensure business area and programme success; Delivery of the Ecosystem Induction Brief to potential Suppliers.
* Supporting Team Protect with Supplier Engagements and Events.
* This individual should be a self-starter and someone that is flexible and is able to work in support of the wider team whilst carrying out their role.
Required Skills:
* Experience with supplier coordination related to Procurement documentation and processes.
* Demonstrated experience interfacing across multiple organisations and programme levels simultaneously with some supervision.
* Ability to multi-task and work under tight time constraints.
* Strong written and oral communications skills at all levels both internally and externally with stakeholders and suppliers.
* Working knowledge of MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project).
Desired Skills:
* PMP and/or supply chain and procurement certifications.
Clearance Requirements:
* Clearance to Start SC.
* Clearance for Role SC.
* Ability to attain SC Clearance.
