We are recruiting for an Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of a key client of ours in Crawley. Please keep reading for more information. Day to Day: Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance. Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.). Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned. Assist colleagues whenever necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant. Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular). Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
