We are recruiting for an Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of a key client of ours in Crawley. Please keep reading for more information.
Day to Day:
* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
* Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
* Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management.
* Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
* Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
* Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
* Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
* Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant.
* Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
