This is a unique opportunity for a visionary professional with a strong track record in both Education and Social Care. As Strategic Operations Director, you will play a key role in shaping service delivery, driving innovation, and ensuring exceptional standards across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

* Work alongside the CEO and Executive Team to design and implement forward-looking strategies.
* Set and track key performance indicators across education and care services, ensuring measurable impact.
* Lead a robust quality assurance framework, maintaining compliance with Ofsted, CQC, and safeguarding standards.
* Oversee budgets, allocate resources effectively, and manage strategic development projects.
* Drive service innovation and identify opportunities for sustainable growth and improvement.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with commissioners, local authorities, education providers, families, and internal teams.
* Represent the organisation at sector events and key stakeholder forums.
