About the Role Join our team and make a difference in your local community by playing a crucial role in catering to the unique requirements of individuals utilising our Queensland Community Support Scheme (QCSS). Your mission is to employ a person-centred approach, helping clients to attain their goals and fulfil their support needs. You are required to travel as you will support multiple of our QCSS clients a day within their home around suburbs such as but not limited to Redbank Plains, Logan & Ipswich. This is a casual position which offers flexible working hours tailored to your lifestyle, catering to school hours if needed. All working hours are between the hours of 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
