Job Description As a Home Carer, you will support adults who have a desire to stay in their own homes, where they feel safe and secure, for as long as possible. You will provide them with the care and companionship they need, as part of your role you could… Help them with daily routines such as getting up in the morning or ready for bed at night. Help with elements of personal care. Ensure their home is safe & clean. Prepare meals & collect shopping or prescriptions. Assist clients to appointments in the community. Provide companionship and be someone who they can rely on for support.
