About the Role:
Ai Process is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of a new solvent tank farm and solvent transfer system. This is a pivotal role that requires an individual with a proven track record in managing complex industrial projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of the site, including health and safety, schedules, budgets, and workforce coordination.
2. Supervise demolition, groundworks, bund casting, and installation of specialized systems such as process infrastructure, pipebridges, and sprinkler/vapor recovery systems.
3. Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
4. Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
5. Ensure compliance with HSE and CDM regulations.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and safety standards.
7. Manage commissioning and handover processes.
Required Qualifications:
1. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
2. CSCS Black Card or equivalent certification.
3. First Aid Certification.
4. NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent safety management qualification).
5. NVQ Level 6 or 7 in Construction Management.
6. Strong knowledge of HSE and CDM Regulations.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
1. Experience in managing projects involving solvent handling, process systems, and industrial infrastructure.
2. Background in vessel fabrication, bund casting, and sprinkler systems.
3. Proficiency in project management, cost control, and procurement processes.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
