They have a rare opportunity to join their car servicing team as a Customer Service Advisor The role of the Customer Advisor / Service Advisor is to ensure that customer receives a first-class experience of customer service. Other aspects include Processing customer enquiries Deal with customer queries in a timely manner Liaise with customers via phone, email and in person Booking vehicles in for service and other works Other duties needed to support the function of the service division Previous Experience / Skills - A strong communicator via phone, email and in person Some customer service experience Proficient IT skills Our client offers a varied role with progression and training.
