We are delighted to assist our clients in recruiting an experienced Property Manager to join their family run business in Isleworth. Previous experience of at least two years in Property Management is essential for this role. For this position, you will need to prove your comprehensive industry knowledge, a thorough understanding of lettings law and processes, have great organisational and administrative skills, demonstrate strong communication abilities and show that you are confident and capable in terms of dealing with clients, tenants, and contractors. Job Roles include: Handling maintenance using our award-winning CRM. Arrange safety certificates Arrange and attend mid-tenancy inspections Handling of end of tenancy arrangements including inventory check-out's and utility transfers. Handling deposit disputes between Landlord and Tenants. The working hours will be 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. The candidate must have their own vehicle.
